Position Overview:

We’re seeking a proactive, results-driven Marketing Manager to spearhead B2B marketing efforts that boost Asentria’s brand, drive website traffic, and generate leads. The ideal candidate brings experience in industrial marketing, a knack for managing campaigns, and a keen eye for quality content. You’ll work remotely, collaborating with leadership (including me) to refine our website and grow our visibility with creative, data-backed strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns across channels like social media, email, and paid ads to increase brand awareness and leads.
  • Track campaign performance and tweak them to improve results, focusing on maximizing ROI.
  • Share ideas for enhancing our website’s look and functionality, collaborating on a redesign project with my input.
  • Suggest creative ways to attract visitors, such as through content or a wiki portal.

Performance Tracking & Optimization:

  • Use and implement Google Analytics to monitor website traffic, engagement, and lead generation, reporting insights to leadership.
  • Track basic KPIs (e.g., clicks, conversions, visits) and recommend improvements based on data.

Content & Quality Oversight:

  • Ensure marketing materials—graphics, copy, and emails—meet a high standard of quality and align with our brand.
  • Review content for clear, engaging language and correct grammar, acting as a final check before it goes live.
  • Help craft messaging that highlights Asentria’s value to customers in a simple, compelling way.

Collaboration & Growth:  

  • Work with sales and product teams to align marketing with business goals, bringing a can-do attitude.
  • Explore opportunities to grow our reach, such as testing new tools (e.g., LinkedIn outreach) or hiring freelancers for specific tasks.
  • Stay curious about our industry and technology to better connect with our audience.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-3+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in an industrial or tech-related field (telecommunications or hardware a plus).
  • Campaign Skills: Proven ability to run and adjust digital campaigns (e.g., social media, email, ads) with measurable outcomes.
  • Analytics: Comfortable using Google Analytics to track website and campaign performance
  • Quality Eye: Strong attention to detail for reviewing graphics and copy, ensuring they look sharp and read well.
  • Website Input: Able to suggest practical, user-friendly website improvements (no coding required).
  • Communication: Excellent written and spoken English for creating content and collaborating remotely.
  • Drive: A proactive, creative mindset with a desire to grow our visibility and take on new challenges.

Desirable:

  • Experience with video marketing or email list-building (e.g., opt-ins, segmentation).
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn tools (e.g., Sales Navigator) or hiring remote freelancers.
  • Basic grasp of technical products like ours (we’ll teach you the rest).
